	Robbie Kernahan - Director of Deer Management T: 01463 725353 E: robbie.kernahan@dcs.gov.uk Robbie is responsible for the use of DCS’ regulatory functions, field operations and other technical issues in relation to the sustainable management of wild deer in Scotland; Leads Joint Working with other Government bodies to deliver Government nature conservation targets and acts as Deputy Chief Executive.
	Iain Hope - Deer Officer (Central) T: 01463 725369 E: iain.hope@dcs.gov.uk Iain has the DCS lead for area-based casework relating to the DCS Priority Site Process, Collaborative Deer Management, Moorland Management Schemes and Scottish Forestry Grant Schemes.
	Donald Fraser - Deer Officer (North East) T: 01463 725365 E: donald.fraser@dcs.gov.uk Donald leads on all joint agency site work and collaborative management in the North East, and is also lead for DCS field operations.

	James Hammond - Deer Officer (South) T: 01786 446282 E: james.hammond@dcs.gov.uk James is involved with promoting sustainable deer management with a particular lead in issues relating to peri-urban deer and developing new collaborative models for deer management in Central Scotland.

	Alan Corrigan - Operations Manager T: 01463 725360 E: alan.corrigan@dcs.gov.uk Alan is responsible for the management of DCS vehicles and field equipment, authorisations and organisation of field work operations including deer censuses.
	Graeme MacRae - Field Team Manager T: 01463 725368 E: graeme.macrae@dcs.gov.uk Graeme's work roles include collaborative deer management, habitat assessments, deer censuses, authorisations and general field duties.
	Ronald Rose - Case Studies Project Officer T: 01786 446282 E: ronnie.rose@dcs.gov.uk Ronald is responsible for managing the Case Studies into local sustainable deer management for Scotland. This a Joint-Agency project with representation from FCS, SNH, DCS and ADMG,  attempting to better understand the key components of sustainable deer management.
	Jessica Findlay - Policy Officer T: 01463 725370 E: jessica.findlay@dcs.gov.uk Jessica is responsible for assisting with the development of effective policy for DCS, contributing to DCS’s input into national policy and assisting with the delivery of the ‘Next Steps’ projects and development of the joint agency strategy on wild deer.
	Linzi Seivwright - Best Practice Guidance Officer T: 01463 725373 E: linzi.seivwright@dcs.gov.uk Linzi is responsible for managing the development, delivery and promotion of the Best Practice (BP) series, and exploring and developing opportunities for training in BP. As well as drafting a number of the guides the project officer acts as co-ordinator and editor, developing material produced by contractors and staff, and gathering input from the industry based steering group and other relevant experts.
	Alastair MacGugan - Director of Stakeholder Relations T: 01786 446282 E: alastair.macgugan@dcs.gov.uk As Director of Stakeholder Relations Alastair's responsibilities include: leading the implementation of all aspects of the DCS Communications Strategy, managing proactively relations with key stakeholders in the public, private and voluntary sectors, leading the development and review of Best Practice Guidance and co-ordinating internal communication within DCS.
	Vicki Mowat - Press & PR Officer T: 01786 446282 E: vicki.mowat@dcs.gov.uk Vicki is resposible for promotion of the DCS' Communication Strategy and is the first point of contact for Press & PR enquiries.
	Kelly Matheson - Procurement Officer T: 01463 725363 E: kelly.matheson@dcs.gov.uk Kelly's main role is to purchase goods and services on behalf of the DCS. Other duties include the processing of all invoices for payment, the maintenance of the DCS Asset Register and the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
	Moira Grant - Management Support Officer T: 01463 725376 E: moira.grant@dcs.gov.uk Moira is responsible for Board and Committee meeting arrangements, consultations register maintenance, management team support, arranging meetings with other bodies/agencies, co-ordinate effective press monitoring and assist with the development of new staff structures and team working.

	Katy McNeil - Director of Policy, Project & Research T: 01786 446282 E: katy.mcneil@dcs.gov.uk As Director of Policy, Projects and Research, Katy’s responsibilities include: developing DCS policy, including liaison with Scottish Government on revisions to the deer legislation; overseeing the implementation of WDNA – Scotland’s wild deer strategy; overseeing DCS research; and overseeing specific projects.
	Fiona Newcombe - Research & Data Manager T: 01463 725366 / 01786 446282 E: fiona.newcombe@dcs.gov.uk Fiona manages a range of research projects to support the activities of the DCS. She is also responsible for the management and use of deer data.
	Sue Dymond - Policy, Projects & Research Support Officer T: 01463 725354 E: sue.dymond@dcs.gov.uk Sue assists with Best Practice, Projects, Policy and Research, and Consultations.
	Clare Bickford - Administrative Support Officer T: 01786 446282 E: clare.bickford@dcs.gov.uk Clare is responsible for all administrative duties in the Stirling office and is the first point of contact for reception. Clare also assists with events and technical support.
	David Hodgson - Geomatics Officer T: 01463 725375 E: david.hodgson@dcs.gov.uk David is responsible for the management of all DCS spatial data analysis and mapping requirements and is also the first point of call for Deerline.
	Craig Dickman - IS Officer T: 01463 725378 E: craig.dickman@dcs.gov.uk Craig is the network manager of the DCS IT network infrastructure (hardware and software, internal and external extranet), systems management and development of Deerline, extranets, image Libraries and DCS websites as well as Information Systems and Information Technology security.
